Hyperping Pricing and Hyperping Plans With the Cost per Monitor, Seat and SMS Credit
Hyperping costs $29, $89 or $299 a month ($24, $74 or $249 billed yearly), with 20, 75 or 200 SMS credits and phone calls on paid plans. Seat costs, call limits, and where a flat plan costs less.

Put an endpoint under monitoring
Email, Slack and webhook alerts on every plan, phone call and SMS from Professional. Plans from $49 a month.
Hyperping pricing is $29 a month for Essentials, $89 for Pro and $299 for Business on monthly billing, or $24, $74 and $249 a month billed yearly ($290, $890 and $2,990 a year), according to Hyperping's pricing page read on October 12, 2026. A free plan covers 20 monitors at 5 minute checks, and Enterprise is quoted by sales. Every paid plan includes phone call alerts and a monthly SMS allowance of 20, 75 or 200 credits.
For most small and mid sized setups that is a fair price, and for anything up to 250 monitors Hyperping is cheaper than we are. The rest of this page lays out every limit that changes the bill (seats, SMS credits, browser checks, logs), works out the cost for real team and monitor counts, and shows the two situations where a flat plan like ours costs less.
Hyperping pricing and plans in 2026
Prices in USD. Monthly billing is the price on the left; the yearly price is the annual total divided by twelve, which Hyperping rounds on its plan cards.
| Free | Essentials | Pro | Business | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly billing | $0 | $29 | $89 | $299 |
| Billed yearly | $0 | $24 a month ($290) | $74 a month ($890) | $249 a month ($2,990) |
| Monitors | 20 | 50 | 250 | 1,000 |
| Check interval | 5 min | 30 sec | 30 sec | 20 sec |
| Seats included | 1 | 3 | 10 | 20 |

Hyperping's FAQ says yearly billing gives two months free, there is a 14 day free trial with no credit card, and if you cancel a yearly plan they refund the unused months. Logs beyond the included volume cost $0.25 per GB with 30 days of search. Server monitoring agents beyond the plan are $2 a month each ($1.50 on Business).
Is Hyperping free?
Yes, for small use. The free plan gives one person 20 monitors checked every 5 minutes, one server agent and a basic status page, with alerts to email, Slack and Microsoft Teams. It has no SMS, no phone calls, no on-call schedules and no PagerDuty or Opsgenie forwarding, so it is a way to watch a side project rather than a way to be woken up when production goes down. The paid plans start where paging starts.
How much does Hyperping cost per seat?
Seats are where the plan you pick matters more than the price. Essentials includes 3 seats and charges $7 a month for each additional one, Pro includes 10 and charges $9 beyond that, and Business includes 20 and charges $12. On monthly billing:
| People on the account | Essentials | Pro | Business |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $29 | $89 | $299 |
| 5 | $43 | $89 | $299 |
| 8 | $64 | $89 | $299 |
| 10 | $78 | $89 | $299 |
| 15 | $113 | $134 | $299 |
Essentials stays the cheaper plan at every team size, because its extra seats cost less. You move to Pro for more than 50 monitors, more on-call schedules or more status pages, not for seats. Compare that with tools that price every responder as a license, which is how Better Stack pricing works per responder: Hyperping's included seats are generous.
Hyperping SMS credits and phone call limits
This is the part of Hyperping pricing that most comparison pages skip, and it is the part that decides whether your team actually hears about an outage at night.
SMS is a monthly allowance, not unlimited. Essentials includes 20 SMS credits a month, Pro 75 and Business 200. The pricing page describes them as "SMS alerts included in the plan each month" and does not list a price for extra credits. If one outage texts three people, 20 credits last about six outages in a month on Essentials, counting only the down alert.
Phone calls are included on every paid plan, with two conditions. Hyperping's documentation says calls can only be enabled as a step in an escalation policy, and that it does not send phone call alerts more than once every 5 minutes. If several monitors fail within the same 5 minute window, you get one call. That is a sensible design against alert storms, but it means a second unrelated failure a minute later does not ring separately.
If calls and texts are the reason you are buying, it is worth reading how uptime monitoring with SMS alerts works when messages are not metered at all.
What Hyperping costs for real monitor counts
The cheapest Hyperping plan that fits, against TrackDowntime, for teams that want phone calls. Our plans: Starter $49 a month (5 endpoints, 5 minute checks, email), Professional $99 (25 endpoints, 60 second checks, calls and SMS), Enterprise $299 (unlimited endpoints), or $24, $49 and $149 a month billed yearly.
| Monitors | Hyperping plan | Hyperping monthly / yearly | TrackDowntime plan | TrackDowntime monthly / yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | Essentials | $29 / $24 | Professional | $99 / $49 |
| 25 | Essentials | $29 / $24 | Professional | $99 / $49 |
| 100 | Pro | $89 / $74 | Enterprise | $299 / $149 |
| 250 | Pro | $89 / $74 | Enterprise | $299 / $149 |
| 650 | Business | $299 / $249 | Enterprise | $299 / $149 |
| 1,500 | Enterprise, quote | Not published | Enterprise | $299 / $149 |
Read honestly, that table says Hyperping is the cheaper tool for almost every team below 250 monitors, and it adds status pages, browser checks and 30 second intervals we do not offer. Above 250 monitors the picture flips. At 650 endpoints, Business costs the same as our Enterprise on monthly billing, and on yearly billing it is $2,990 a year against $1,788. Past 1,000 monitors Hyperping moves you to a sales quote, while our Enterprise stays at $299 with no endpoint cap.
When a flat uptime plan costs less than Hyperping
There are two cases where we are the better buy, and neither is about the headline price.
- More than 250 endpoints. Agencies and MSPs watching hundreds of client sites, or platform teams with per customer instances, land on Hyperping Business or Enterprise. Our Enterprise plan covers unlimited endpoints at $299 a month, or $1,788 a year. For an agency that bills monitoring to clients, that difference shows up in margin; see website monitoring for agencies.
- Alerts you cannot afford to ration. We never bill per message. Every number on an endpoint gets the call and the SMS, and alerts repeat at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 minutes, then at 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 and 96 hours, until the endpoint recovers. Our downtime alerts by phone call page shows the full schedule. If your outages are frequent or your rotation is large, a 20 or 75 credit monthly allowance runs out at the worst moment.
What you give up by choosing us is real: no status pages, checks from one location (a timeout is rechecked twice before alerting) rather than Hyperping's multi region verification, 60 second rather than 30 second intervals, and no browser checks. If you need a public status page and fewer than 250 monitors, Hyperping is the stronger product for the money.
Monthly or yearly billing on Hyperping
Yearly billing saves two months, which is $58 a year on Essentials, $178 on Pro and $598 on Business. Hyperping refunds unused months if you cancel a yearly plan, which takes most of the risk out of committing. If you are building next year's tooling budget, put monitoring, paging and status pages on one line and plan the software budget around the yearly figure, since the monthly price is what you pay only while you are still deciding.
On our side, yearly billing is about half the monthly price ($49 instead of $99 for Professional), so the same logic applies once you know the tool fits.
How Hyperping compares with other uptime tools on price
For a 25 endpoint setup with phone alerts, Hyperping Essentials at $29 is among the cheapest options on the market. UptimeRobot meters calls and SMS through credit packs, Pingdom charges by check tier with its own SMS limits, and Better Stack prices each responder. Our uptime monitoring pricing comparison puts twelve vendors side by side at the same sizes, and our pricing page lists what each of our plans includes.
Hyperping pricing questions
How much does Hyperping cost per month?
Hyperping costs $29 a month for Essentials, $89 for Pro and $299 for Business on monthly billing. Billed yearly the same plans are $290, $890 and $2,990 a year, which Hyperping shows as $24, $74 and $249 a month. A free plan covers 20 monitors at 5 minute checks, and Enterprise is priced by quote.
Does Hyperping include phone call alerts?
Yes, on every paid plan from Essentials up. Calls must be set up as a step in an escalation policy, and Hyperping sends at most one phone call every 5 minutes, so several monitors failing in the same window produce one call. The free plan has no phone calls or SMS.
How many SMS alerts does Hyperping include?
Essentials includes 20 SMS credits a month, Pro 75 and Business 200. The free plan includes none. Hyperping's pricing page lists these as a monthly allowance and does not publish a price for extra credits, so a busy month on Essentials can use the allowance up within a handful of outages.
Is Hyperping cheaper than UptimeRobot or Pingdom?
For teams that want phone calls, usually yes. Hyperping Essentials includes calls and 50 monitors for $29 a month, while UptimeRobot sells voice calls on prepaid credits and Pingdom starts at $18 for 10 checks with SMS limits. Above 1,000 monitors Hyperping requires a quote, so compare at your real size.
What happens if I need more than 1,000 monitors on Hyperping?
Business tops out at 1,000 monitors, so larger estates move to Hyperping Enterprise, which has custom monitor counts and a price agreed with sales. If you would rather have a published price, our Enterprise plan covers unlimited endpoints at 60 second checks for $299 a month or $1,788 a year.
Can I cancel Hyperping at any time?
Yes. Hyperping's FAQ says you can cancel at any time and that yearly plans are refunded for unused months. There is also a 14 day free trial with no credit card, so you can test the escalation policy and phone calls before paying.
Choosing between Hyperping and a flat plan
If you have fewer than 250 monitors and want a status page, buy Hyperping, and pick Pro once you pass 50 monitors or need more than one on-call schedule. If you watch hundreds of endpoints, bill monitoring to clients, or cannot have the SMS allowance run dry during a bad week, create a TrackDowntime account, add your endpoints, list every phone that should ring, and break a test page to hear the call.
