Features

Downtime monitor for websites, APIs and everything behind them

Every endpoint is checked from outside your own hosting, every 5 minutes on Starter and as often as every 60 seconds on Professional and above. Each check records the response time and the status code, so a site getting slower shows up before it goes down, and every incident stays in the uptime history for that endpoint. When something fails you get an email on every plan, and on Professional and above an automated phone call and SMS downtime alert that repeats until it recovers.

Response time, last 24 hours

Every field above is written on each check, so an outage report reads from measurements rather than memory.

Monitoring

Site uptime checker

Every website and endpoint you run sits in one list, with live status, last response time and uptime percentage per row.

Web uptime monitor

Checks run around the clock from outside your hosting, so the result matches what a visitor gets.

Response time tracking

Each check stores the response time and the status code, so a slowdown is visible weeks before it turns into an outage.

Custom intervals

Set the frequency per endpoint, from 60 seconds upwards, and give the critical paths the tighter schedule.

Alerting

Phone call alerts

A confirmed failure places an automated voice call. Calls come from a fixed number, so you can let them through Do Not Disturb.

SMS and email

The same incident goes out by SMS and email, with the endpoint, the status code and the time of the first failure.

Escalating alerts

Alerts repeat on a backing off schedule until the site is back, so an outage cannot quietly stay open.

Recovery notice

Recovery gets its own message, with the measured outage length rather than an estimate.

Slack and signed webhooks

Down and recovery go into your Slack channel and, as JSON signed with HMAC SHA-256, to your own URL, with retries when your side fails.

Your whole team on email

Add teammates to each endpoint: 3 on Starter, 10 on Professional, no limit on Enterprise. Each one can unsubscribe on their own.

History and reports

Website downtime tracker

Incidents are logged with their start, end and duration, and kept per endpoint. Read them as a list, and export them to CSV when a client or a hosting provider asks for evidence.

Uptime reports

Uptime percentage and response times per endpoint, over any period you keep, with the incident log next to it.
