Site24x7 pricing for website uptime monitoring starts at $10 a month, or $9 a month billed annually, on the Web Uptime plan: 25 websites checked every minute from 32 locations, 3 status pages and multiple users. Extra uptime monitors cost $18 a month per 50 or $140 per 500. Phone and SMS alerts run on credits, and Site24x7's plan comparison lists 50 SMS and voice credits a month for Web Uptime.

On price per monitor, that is one of the cheapest paid uptime plans on the market. Anyone comparing it should look at two other things before signing: which of Site24x7's several plan families they actually need, and how many alert credits their on-call setup burns in a bad month.

How much does Site24x7 cost?

Site24x7 sells four plan families. The figures below come from site24x7.com/site24x7-pricing.html, read in September 2026 in USD. The annual column is the monthly equivalent when billed yearly.

Site24x7 also advertises a free forever plan for the uptime of up to 50 resources with email alerts, and a 30 day free trial of paid plans with no credit card. Per resource pricing exists for the parts outside these bundles: website monitoring from $0.36 per website a month, servers from $2.50 per VM, APM from $8 per instance, and real user monitoring from $5 per 100K page views.

One source of confusion: Site24x7's own pack comparison page still shows an older lineup named Starter ($9), Pro ($35), Classic ($89), Elite ($225) and Enterprise ($449). Many review sites quote those names. If a quote mentions a "$9 Starter" or a "$35 Pro" plan, it refers to that older table, not the current Web Uptime and Web Perf plans.

What Site24x7 add-ons cost

For a buyer who only needs HTTP uptime checks, Web Uptime plus the $140 pack of 500 is the efficient route. It works out to about $0.28 per monitor a month at scale, which is hard to match.

How Site24x7 SMS and voice call credits work

Email alerts are included on every plan, and Site24x7's plan comparison marks them free. SMS and phone call alerts use credits. From Site24x7's help documentation on subscriptions:

• 1 SMS uses 1 credit.
• 1 voice call to a US or Canadian number uses 1 credit.
• 1 voice call outside the US uses 2 credits.
• Unused credits carry over to the next billing cycle.
• More credits are bought as alert packs from the subscription page.

The pack comparison page lists monthly SMS and voice credits per plan: 50 on Web Uptime, 150 on the older Pro and on MSP, 250 on Classic, 400 on Elite and 500 on Enterprise. Free accounts can use up to 10 alert credits.

Here is what 50 credits means in practice. Put three people on a monitor and send each of them a call and a text when it goes down. That is 6 credits for one down alert. Fifty credits cover about eight outages a month at that setup, before any recovery texts, second notifications or a fourth person on the list. For a single developer who wants a text now and then, 50 is plenty, and the carry over helps. For a team that wants every phone to ring on every outage, the credits become a line item to watch.

What Site24x7 costs at 5, 25, 100, 650 and 1,000 endpoints

Site24x7's add-on prices are listed per month without a separate annual rate, so the Site24x7 column uses monthly figures throughout. On annual billing, our Enterprise at $149 a month comes in under Site24x7 from roughly 400 endpoints. On monthly billing, Site24x7 stays cheaper all the way to 1,000.

Where Site24x7 is the better buy. A budget under $50 a month, a need for status pages, multi location checks, keyword checks, transaction monitoring, or server, cloud and network monitoring in the same account. Site24x7 is a full observability suite from ManageEngine, part of Zoho Corporation, and the uptime plan is its entry point. If you already run servers there, adding websites is nearly free. The same goes for data teams who want pipeline health next to infrastructure, although checking warehouse freshness and schema drift is really a job for dedicated data observability rather than an uptime monitor.

Pick by what you monitor, not by the plan name:

1. Only websites and APIs, uptime only. Web Uptime at $10, adding packs of 50 or 500 monitors. Most small businesses and agencies stop here.
2. Websites plus login or checkout flows. Web Perf at $39, which adds real browser transaction monitors and RUM.
3. Servers, cloud or network gear as well. Lite at $10 or Professional at $49 in the infrastructure family, which include a few websites but are priced around servers.
4. Client accounts under one login. The MSP plan at $59, which is built for managing up to 9 customers with separate reporting.

Then count phones. Multiply the people who should be called by the outages in your worst month last year. If that number is well above 50, price the extra alert packs before you compare Site24x7 with a monitor that includes calls.

How to switch from Site24x7 to a flat plan

If you have decided the credit math does not work for your team, the move is quick. List the monitors attached to notification profiles with phone numbers, since those are the ones spending credits.
